Jul 29, 2008: 08:41 AMAmazing Jamaica has been so far behind in this. Glad to see this going through. Nice touch with the special training of the 25 officers. Kudos

Jul 06, 2008: 07:18 AMThat is great for Deaf Jamaicans. In the late of July 1990, I was in Jamaica for my three mission work weeks, I was at Montego Bay Airport, the security officer was so surprised to learn that I am driving in America when he requested to see my ID card. I showed him my driver's license. He asked me if I am driving and if I am deaf. I said yes twice.
