Didn't you know that you can create your own directVP on Sorenson VP? Go to, Settings, Personal, User, then click on "get number" and choose any personal direct number for hearing people to call you then add. Pah! There's a way to call directly to me than giving two numbers such as vrs number then my number. Now you can only give one number that goes directly to you!

If you can't see the video which I have the same problem. It may have to do with our use of Windows Vista - I use Windows XP at work and it works but not on my home computer (Vista). I've already emailed them about the quirk as this is one of the few websites that have this problem.

The Tips should be taught anywhere to expose deaf teenagers where their families and friends barely discuss them in hearing environments. Also, I like to know what Title I of the ADA law can protect us from job discrimination --- This title I 5hink has never been challanged.Jeb
