You got right point! I noticed that many deafies are being lazy around the nation. I am deaf in my whole life. I started to work when I was 15 while went to high school. I worked while I attended NTID and SWCID. Now, I am full-time employee for over 14 years. I am Geographic Information System Director and worked with all hearing people. I had to be patience with hearing people, but we found easy communication so I kept my job and loved it. I want to see more deafies to work at Oil and Gas companies. I had not seemed many deafies who work at Oil and Gas companies. I was blessed to have that job. I earned my career because I started to work at 15 age. I thanked myself, my dad and mom and teachers. 60% deafies are unemployees, that is very SAD because they just wanted SSI and being idiot lazy!! Thanks.

Keep up the good work, Tommy, about different issues we face. We may or may not agree but that's what so great about our freedom of speech in America! As for name calling, well, I think the other guy needs to look the word up in the dictionary and look at himself.

Tommy, You missed my point! You said you are famous during that discussion on SSI. I said I've never heard of you. The way you talked on the issue of SSI really turned me off because you acted like a self-rightous idiot.James
