NetSignNews anchors discuss the issue of wireless carriers reluctance to have a text plan for deaf people, and their blocking of text messaging campaigns. We don't believe that deaf people want restrictions on their text messages. If spam becomes a problem on your sidekick, blackberry, or whatever you use then you should have control over the filtering of messages and not the phone company.
